Connie trained and practiced in Canada as registered nurse.   She specialized in “burns & plastics” as well as ICU (intensive care).
She has since hung up her cap & immersed herself in the study and practice of alternative health.
She has lectured extensively though out Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky & Tennessee on the chakra system and related topics.

Chronic Pain? Disease? Heart Ache? 4 Things That Really Work

Over-coming pain, heart ache & disease:Four Things That Work

Release.  Let it all go.  You are not in this state of pain or disease because of  sin, because you are not praying hard enough or someone hexed you.
Do not take a NO from someone who does not have the authority to give you a YES.  Just because a medical doctor says something is not possible doesn’t mean it is impossible with alternative/complementary medicine or with God.
Your life is a journey.  
 If you were taking a physical journey and you came up against a road block or ended up at the wrong destination, you wouldn’t sit stagnating at the end of a cul de sac, you’d have the  GPS program  in an alternate route.  
So with your journey to wellness, if one route comes to a dead end, look for an alternate route.

Each one of us has been given a unique life. 
 It has been said that when the road gets bumpy, you should take life one day at a time.   
As far as I’m concerned, when you encounter the REALLY BIG bumps, sometimes fifteen minutes at a time is more than enough.    
(Sometimes I have even taken life fifteen seconds at a time!)

I do not fear today as I have seen yesterday.

Five minutes a day that will change your life.   
This sounds so flakey that most people disregard it or “do it in their head” instead of writing it out.
Get a note book – anything from a cheap school spiral note book to an  expensive bound journal. Each page should have the date on it.  If not, simply add the date to it.  (If you are more comfortable with a computer journal this is fine too.)
Every day set aside five minutes (same time each day works best).
Open your book to today’s date.
Write three things you are thankful for.  The catch is none of these things can cost you any money – a smile, a special memory, the warmth of the sun on your face, the sound of birds, a friend to talk to, your favorite song popping up on the radio etc.
Write paragraphs, short lines, bullets– whatever works for you.  Feel free to leave blank spaces or fill spaces with doodles or strokes of color as desired.
Do it daily for a month –just five minutes a day.
At the end of the month, go back to the beginning and read what you’ve written.
