Chakras are not just a row of flat dots going down the front of the body.
They are indeed funnel like vortexes of energy on both the front sand back side of the body.
They must be balanced for emotional and physical health,
The front side of the chakras respond to color - each having its own color.
The rear side respond to sound - each having it's own musical note.
